Since 1932, Omega has been the Official Timekeeper of the Olympic Games and Omega have been launched Olympic Editions. Today's review is about a Replica Omega Seamaster Olympic Edition Chrono 2896.51.91. This is a very nice and sleek timepiece.
I really love the Olympics logo at the end of the chronograph second hand designed as a counter weight. But if it is in colors, I could like it better though it may break the overall color tone of the watch.
Protected a sapphire crystal which is both scratch durable and anti-reflective coating, the black dial applies beautiful white Arabic numerals and the big sword like hands that glow in the dark. And I love the red Omega logo and the red hands used in the subdials. The red looks just so amazing and attractive contrasting the black dial. The chronograph 30 minutes is at 3:00, the 12 hours at 6:00 with the date window, and the running seconds at 9:00.
The 41.5 mm case is crafted from solid stainless steel with mix of brushed or polished finishes. It houses an Asia Valjoux 7750 Automatic Movement, features the unidirectional rotating bezel and is built with the patented OMEGA helium escape valve at 10:00. Two chronograph pusher buttons and the screw-in crown are constructed at the right side as usual.
The sporty beauty of this Replica Omega Seamaster is enhanced by a stainless steel bracelet which elegantly uses the mix of brushed and polished finishes.
This Omega Replica watch, fresh and clean, nice and elegant, perfectly embodies the spirit of Olympics with the combination of the design, technology and the aesthetics. It deserves your keeping, either for daily use or for special gift for friends.
